create derivative work from, distribute, repost, perform,
display, or in any way commercially exploit any of the Content
or infringe upon trademarks or service marks contained in
such Content. You agree to abide by all copyright notices

and not to alter or remove any trademark, copyright or any

website. Any liability of Bancroft Pharmaceuticals., its affiliates,
licensees, employees, officers and directors serving without
compensation, its agents or contractors, including without
limitation any liability for damages caused or allegedly caused
by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption,
deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer
virus, communications line failure, theft or destruction or
unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of records,
whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, negligence,
or under any other cause of action, shall not be liable to
or on behalf of you in connection with the Seromel website.

REFUND POLICY
You must be completely satisfied with your purchase of Seromel
or you may receive a refund for the original purchase price
(excluding shipping and handling) by complying with the following
requirements:
Return all Seromel products unopened in original packaging.
Please include a short note explaining why Seromel did not
work for you.
We must receive the product with proof of purchase postmarked
no later than 30 days from the date of purchase on the enclosed
receipt.
